Photo 2: Undersized, failing support columns that caused excessive floor deflection—resulting in bounce, creaking, and sloping floors.
Photo 3: Installation of PowerBrace™ steel reinforcement beams to restrain wall movement and create a structural framework for the auxiliary wall.
Photo 4: A new concrete footing installed to provide a solid, load‑bearing base for the StableLock® auxiliary wall system.
Photo 5: Reinforcing steel (rebar) integrated through the PowerBrace system to strengthen the auxiliary wall and ensure proper load transfer.
Photo 6: Concrete forms constructed to shape and align the auxiliary wall prior to the concrete pour.
Photo 7: Formwork reinforced and braced to prevent movement during concrete placement.
Photo 8: Concrete poured and vibrated for proper compaction. After curing and form removal, the completed StableLock® auxiliary wall delivers lasting stability.
Photo 9: Old support posts replaced with the SmartJack® System—adjustable, galvanized steel columns engineered to permanently stabilize and strengthen floor systems.
