We were thrilled to host representatives from at our factory last week! 🏗️🏠

It was a privilege to walk the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) team through our facility and demonstrate how factory-built innovation and off-site manufacturing are helping tackle Colorado's housing challenges head-on.

Ever wonder what actually happens on installation day when a modular ADU arrives at your property? 🏗️

In our latest video, Marko breaks down the complete delivery-to-move-in process for our 480 sq. ft. modular ADU [00:01]:

Setting the Structure: The modules are craned or forklifted right onto the foundation and secured using our pre-engineered brackets or weld plates [00:25].

Sealing the Envelope: Exterior seams are sealed, roof connection brackets are secured, and the roof membrane is installed to make it 100% weather-tight [00:43].

Utility Hookups: Trades simply tie in the main electrical panel, connect the exterior mini-split condenser, and secure the underside plumbing couplings—everything inside the walls is already completely wired and plumbed [00:55], [01:41]!

Final Interior Stitch: Install the missing seam flooring planks, patch the seam drywall line, hang interior doors, and plug in the appliances [01:16], [01:54].

No months of endless construction noise, sub-contractor delays, or job site debris in your backyard.
