Refurbishments don't always have to be extensive! Our renovation of this island included the installation of board and batten, completed with Benjamin Moore's Newburyport Blue HC 155. To ensure durability, we applied MILESI 20 sheen, an Italian waterborne catalyzed topcoat with enhanced flexibility for withstanding regular use and exposure to moisture around dishwashers and sinks.

We still have openings for fall of 24'

I like taking the friends and family approach first when looking to hire, so here is the short version.

Cabinets had dings, gouges, failing finish especially around the sink and dishwasher. The more modern waterborne catalyzed European top coats that we use allows for greater expansion and contraction and higher resistance to moisture breakdown.

Complete refinish included soft close hinges.

This particular face-lift included removing deep, chunky dental molding with 5/4 square stock, ditching the old 70s Pine doors with brand new Shaker style cabinet doors complete with concealed soft-close hinges and new matte black hardware.

The ceiling (including the black-lined recessed lights), walls and trim all recieved a fresh coat of paint.

The light pale gray walls and neutral white lines cabinets are the perfect complement for the remaining natural wood tones throughout the house.
