Here was an interesting project. Constructed walls “inside an existing garage”. The walls are a for a “drum room/office”. The last picture shows blanket like material with eyelets. Those will be hung on the exterior of the walls that I constructed. The owner claims that after complete and someone is playing the drum set, no one can hear a sound outside of that room. The material makes it sound proof!

I was contacted 3 weeks ago to provide and estimate to repair items found on the inspection. After the homeowner took possession last week, I scheduled time to go take care of several issues. The toilet in the hall bath was noted to be leaking. I pulled the toilet and immediately saw that the closet fl**ge was improperly installed below the finished flooring.
I made the correct remedy and all was good. No more leak!
