What the hell do you do 🤣 using ProLite. I think moving forward I will not be installing glass and if I do it’s not warrantied. This is ridiculous how do manufacturers get away with this, is this meant for a backsplash and omnigrip? This is going to be the niche side walls and I HATE the idea of that but hey. Gotta make the client happy.

Would love to talk to someone from Schluter-Systems North America or LATICRETE and pick their brains, a lot of guys told me to run aqua defense but I kind of wanted to try out hydroban because I never have. MAPEI USA what do you have to say about Aquadefense and how it compares at a chemical and molecular level, also what do you have to say about all the “you’ve been mapei’d stuff”

Also all these products say there’s a warranty, yet a lot of contractors have said they don’t own up yet some say they do, how can I verify my shower systems will be warrantied…. No matter what I would show up and fix it but what would the companies do to help?

Wasn’t gonna post this because I didn’t want it taken the wrong way, but I’m very happy and am very thankful to be able to do this line of work. maybe someday I will be lucky enough to work for the man himself.
