Custom Ceiling Beam Project Complete!

We just wrapped up a beautiful project in Howell, MI, where we constructed and installed custom ceiling beams in the family room. Each beam was distressed, stained, and clear-coated to bring out a rich, natural character.

We also covered the textured ceiling with nickel-gap shiplap and applied multiple coats of paint for a clean, finished look.

Needless to say, this became one of our favorite projects—the beams came together beautifully and truly transformed the space.

Happy New Year!

We just wrapped up a basement flooring project in Howell, MI, featuring all-new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, along with fresh baseboards and shoe moldings for a clean, finished look.

With 825 square feet installed (44.5 boxes of LVP), our crew completed this project in just 3.5 days—without compromising on quality or attention to detail. The homeowner was thrilled with the craftsmanship and the final result.

Final Reveal | Gaines, MI Bathroom Remodel

This transformation is complete—and the difference is incredible. We reworked the layout by swapping the toilet and shower locations, and expanded the doorway from 24” to 32” to allow for future wheelchair accessibility.

The new shower features porcelain tile paired with an acrylic shower base for safe, easy entry. The vanity was built with solid plywood construction, soft-close hinges, an under-mount sink, and a granite countertop for durability and style. The flooring is finished with 100% waterproof luxury vinyl tile, making this space both beautiful and practical for everyday use.

To complete the modern look, the homeowner chose an LED medicine cabinet—adding both functionality and a sleek finishing touch.
