The homeowner had some trouble with his sprinkler system this year, so we’re getting ahead of the game and treating the well with a chemical descaling treatment to hopefully improve things for next season. 💦

We brought out our homemade non-engineered contraption😆😆😆 to contain the water and keep the leftover acid from damaging the grass or staining the sidewalks and driveway.

Is it pretty? Hell no! 😆 Does it work? That’s what matters!

When it comes to bladder tanks, you get what you pay for. Buying cheap can end up costing you a whole lot more when that tank fails and floods your basement.

Do your homework. Research the quality of the tank before you buy. Saving a few bucks upfront isn’t worth the headache and water damage down the road.

Buy quality. Protect your home. Learn from other people’s mistakes.

Woke up at 4 a.m. this morning and realized I had forgotten to check the forecast—rain is expected for the next four days! 😂 I made the quick decision to drill a replacement well before the rig could get stuck in the yard.

Sometimes you have to trust your instincts, and today, it paid off! We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day and a great-producing well. Hard work, good water, and one happy well guy! ☀️💧👊

Sundays aren’t always fun days—especially in this line of work. You think you’ve got it all figured out, then Mother Nature, or whatever the hell is going on down in the ground, says otherwise. 😂

I’m blessed to have some damn good friends with a lot of knowledge who are always willing to lend a hand and help me work through the tough ones.

After a little Sunday fun, i got it figured out—and ended up with a good-producing well.
Never be too proud to ask for knowledge it only makes you better 💪🇺🇸

Kind of cool—I’ve always been fascinated by old-school technology. I pulled the pump on the right from a service job Saturday. It’s a 1970 Reda ½-horsepower submersible pump, and it’s now the oldest one in my little collection.

I was actually surprised to see that it wasn’t brass. Sitting next to it is a 2017 Grundfos ½-horsepower pump.

It’s pretty amazing to see the difference in size and dimensions between the two, and how much pump technology has changed over the years. A pretty cool piece of well history! 🔧💧
