This home is getting shipped off to the floor finishing team starting this weekend! We’ve got some Rubio mono coat going down on the select grade white oak flooring, treads and open rail systems.

Once the floor finishing is completed and cured, we will wrap up our pre-paint punch list and hand it over to our painters.

We can see the light at the end of the tunnel on this one!!

Dixboro Rebuild | Project Update

The weather hasn’t exactly been on our side during our Dixboro rebuild, but our team continues to push forward and make steady progress every day.

The garage walls and slab have been demolished, along with the existing roof trusses. New trusses are now in place, and we’re moving forward with roof sheathing and tying in the additional roof details.

Once the home is fully dried in, we can move into the next phase of interior demolition and begin assessing the necessary MEP repairs.

While there is still a lot of work ahead, the goal remains simple - get these clients back HOME.

We’re proud to be part of the process and look forward to continuing to bring this home (and their lives) back together.
