This project is finally taking shape! After a long wait due to a variance process, we are finally under construction! A new front porch has been framed, and the foundation for the rest of the addition is laid. We will be adding a master bedroom, bathroom, walk in closet, and a separate sitting / office area. Excited for this one to come out of the ground!

More progress from the Freehold project! Second gable over the deck has taken shape, along with the freestanding pavilion. Knee wall has been framed on the upper deck where an outdoor kitchen will be located. A fire pit area will be under the pavilion. It’s moving quickly!

Another one under construction! Here, we are extending a portion of the existing deck, and adding a roof structure over it! Also reinforced the existing deck structure. A freestanding pavilion with outdoor kitchen will be coming in the near future as well, creating a nice backyard oasis around their existing pool. Stay tuned for progress!

Love a good backyard project! On this one, we are adding a large tiered deck, partially covered with a new roof structure. There will also be a freestanding pavilion and a large paver patio area. Stay tuned for more progress soon!
