🚜 Happy Boss’s Day! 🚜

Wishing a very Happy Boss’s Day to all the hardworking bosses out there, especially our own, Nathan Dawson!

Nathan may be the boss, but he’d probably rather be out running equipment, moving dirt, and getting his hands dirty than sitting behind a desk handling paperwork and phone calls. 😂
We truly appreciate his hard work, dedication, and everything he does to keep both Dawson Construction & Dawson Sanitation moving forward.

Happy Boss’s Day, Nathan! Thank you for everything you do. We hope you get plenty of time to do what you enjoy most, playing in the dirt! 🚜

And just to clarify the chain of command, we asked Henry who the boss is at their house. Without hesitation, he said, “Mommy!”
So Nathan, enjoy being the boss at work. Apparently, that's as far as your authority goes! 😂

Is it too soon to start thinking about the holidays?

Happy Birthday, Marlys! 🎉

Marlys and her husband started Dawson Construction, and today we’re celebrating the woman who helped get it all going!

She got to spend part of her birthday with some of her great-grandkids, who know her best as “Grandma Great.” Looking at this crew, we’d say that’s a pretty fitting title. ❤️

If you see her out and about, be sure to wish her a happy birthday!

Happy Birthday from all of us at Dawson Construction! 🥳

Happy belated 21st birthday, Chase! 🎉

His birthday was Saturday, but we figured we’d give him a few days to recover before making the official post. 😂

Chase may be one of the younger guys on the crew, but he’s catching on fast and becoming someone we count on more and more. We appreciate his willingness to learn and jump in wherever he’s needed, and we’re proud to have him on the Dawson Construction team.

Hope you had an awesome birthday, Chase! Here’s to a great year ahead!

Demo started on the storage building at Homestead Building Supplies in Howard today! Nathan might be enjoying the demolition part of this job a little too much. 😂 Dawson Construction may need a rebrand...

Out with the old! 🚧

We’re in Howard tearing out the St. Agatha Catholic Church parking lot and getting everything prepped and ready for new asphalt.

It might not look like much yet, but a good finished product starts with what’s underneath it!

🎉 Happy Birthday, Randy! 🎉

Randy’s history with Dawson Construction goes back farther than all of ours. He has spent decades helping build this company-running equipment, sharing what he knows, and being someone the crew can always count on.

A lot has changed over the years, but Randy has remained a steady part of it all. Dawson Construction is better because he helped make it what it is today.

Happy Birthday to one of the originals! We appreciate everything you’ve put into this company and everything you still do. We hope you have a great day, Randy!
