Recently finished up a clubhouse, had various mold/rotting due to water damage. As well as added in a doorway to conceal the stairway for both safety and to conserve air conditioning.

Spent Fall/Winter 2018 working on an entire first floor remodel. Including the kitchen, living room, dining room & powder room. It was great to see this come together, modernized the home a couple of decades.
