Meet the Owner | Patrick Chapman
For those who may be new to our page, I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I’m Patrick, owner of Best Price Property Solutions, LLC, and the guy you’ll usually see answering the phone, providing your estimate, showing up at your property, and making sure the job gets done right.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked to build this business around something pretty simple: do what you say you’re going to do, treat people fairly, communicate clearly, and take pride in your work.
What started primarily with junk and trash removal has grown into a full-service property solutions company serving homeowners, businesses, property managers, and corporate clients throughout Northwest Houston and the surrounding areas.
Today, we handle everything from junk removal and cleanouts to demolition, property maintenance, handyman work, construction support, hot-shot deliveries, pressure washing, and more.
But regardless of the size of the job, I still believe relationships matter. When you hire my company, you’re not just another job on a schedule. My name and reputation are attached to every project we complete.
I’m incredibly thankful for every customer who has called us, referred us, hired us again, or simply shared one of our posts. Your support is what allows a locally owned small business like mine to continue growing.
