Thank you KOHLER for always taking care of your customers and standing behind your products. On a recent bathroom remodel Kohler was the faucet of choice for the client. After two years the shower head became hard to use. Not functioning properly. The home owner contacted Kohler, they sent her a brand new shower head FREE of charge. Of course the professionals at Lucky's Plumbing removed the old inadequate shower head. We flushed the line while the shower head was removed. Then installed the new shower head.
