This weeks project wrapped up, poured 16x16 patio with stamped heavy slate pattern. Natural concrete color with black and brown antiquing dye, replaced a couple existing concrete panels that were cracked and broken, installed new concrete bullet edgers around the house and limestone clean rock in flower bed areas. When requesting estimates, do you know what to expect? Are you familiar with the level of detail provided? We've encountered contractors who submit vague estimates, omitting crucial information such as material quantities and specifications. Estimates that merely mention 'build retaining wall' and 'lay pavers' without further detail are insufficient. This lack of clarity hinders accurate comparisons between bids. Outer Edge LLC stands out by providing comprehensive estimates that account for every aspect of the project. We cannot match prices from companies that compromise on quality. The images illustrate our meticulous approach, though customer names and pricing have been excluded at the customer's discretion. Can a contractor who doesn't invest time in a detailed estimate truly deliver a quality outcome? The main cost on a getting a good product is not what you see its everything you don’t and the foundation under it. Outer Edge LLC only uses high quality Rochester Concrete Products in all our wall and paver projects.
