We recently finished another project, consisting of a concrete sidewalk that wraps around the side of the house, along with a back patio. The design incorporates Carmel quartz decorative rock and beechwood edgers. The customers, who acquired this property a few months ago, aimed to enhance backyard accessibility. We have successfully concluded another project. The pre-existing wall, constructed from wall block sourced from a box store, was poorly built and showed signs of failure. The wall has been replaced with Rochester Concrete Products' classic 6” straight bluestone. To ensure an exact match, extensive concrete cutting was performed as the concrete was poured to replicate the dimensions of the old wall. Before and after pictures are provided. Another successful project: before and after pictures. The existing wall was replaced with Rockwood Classic Straight 6. The stamped concrete patio features a natural color finish with black release, Winona stone decorative rock, and beechwood bullet edgers. Mother Nature's relentless rainfall this year has posed significant challenges. We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding as we strive to complete projects. The rain has necessitated repeated re-grading, causing frustration and delays. However, we remain committed to delivering premium results. Inclement weather prevents us from working, as it would compromise the quality of our work. Typically, a one-inch rainfall results in a two-day delay. As a contractor, we are at the mercy of the weather. We have attempted to work on multiple projects, but the rain has consistently disrupted our progress. As a business owner, this is frustrating, and we empathize with our customers' desire for timely completion. Currently, we are three to four weeks behind schedule. Are your shore steps in disrepair, rotten, or in need of renovation? Consider Porta-Dock adjustable shore steps, which can be adjusted to accommodate virtually any slope. If the steps settle, they are easily adjustable by loosening the bolts, lifting the steps back to level, and tightening the bolts. This project was completed effectively, with only a few custom brackets needing to be fabricated on-site. The Display Sun Dock, Barge, and customer's driveway were utilized as workstations to complete this extensive step project. No other company in the area was willing to take on this challenging project. The customer also purchased one of our display lifts from last year, which proved to be highly useful for parking our barge overnight during construction. We still have a few remaining tasks to complete, railing and step lights, and extended uprights for the new pontoon lift. The display dock and lift are set up on Balsom Lake in Wisconsin. Day rate is at 8 hours on hour meter.
Rentals not returned on time will be charged at an additional. 1/2 day rate. If machine is not back that day you will be charged for additional full day.
Delivery available based on distance.
Rental rates does not include tax, physical damage insurance or delivery.
