A new investment in the future of our workforce.

Quanta Craft Solutions celebrated its ribbon-cutting just outside El Paso, Texas, marking a new opportunity to develop skilled craft professionals and help address the growing demand for electrical workers.

Through a paid, intensive three-and-a-half-week training program, aspiring inside wiremen gain the skills and hands-on training needed to begin rewarding careers with Cupertino Electric. Upon completion, trainees will be prepared to support Project Jupiter in the local area.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this training opportunity to life. By investing in people and creating pathways into the skilled trades, we're building the workforce needed to power what's next.

We may not know exactly what the future looks like, but we know it what it needs: power and people.

Congratulations to our scholarship recipients!!

Irby had the honor of presenting the Louisiana Resiliency Scholarship to Richard and Cameron Chabreck!

Through Entergy Louisiana and Quanta Services, Inc., both Louisiana natives will attend Northwest Lineman College and begin preparing for careers in the power delivery industry.

We’re proud to celebrate this investment in Louisiana’s future workforce and the next generation of lineworkers.

Quanta plans to expand our presence in the Commonwealth and create approximately 120 new jobs when the proposed combination of NextEra Energy and Dominion Energy is completed. This investment would bring additional engineering, construction, manufacturing, and skilled workforce opportunities to Virginia, strengthening our ability to serve our customers and support the state’s growing energy needs.
