This truck, #200, represents more than just another addition to the fleet.

Over the years, we've purchased 200 vehicles as we've continued to grow and invest in the people and equipment needed to do the job right. Today, our fleet includes 53 TMA (Truck-Mounted Attenuator) trucks.

It's a significant investment built over many years of hard work and steady growth. Yet even with that progress, we still consider ourselves a small business.

We're proud of how far we've come and grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey.

#200 is just another truck—but it reflects years of commitment, investment, and growth.

If you understand DOT bids, traffic control, striping, or roadway construction—and know how to build numbers that land projects—we want to talk.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare accurate, competitive bids for roadway, airport & DOT projects

Analyze plans, specs, and production rates

Work directly with leadership to price and WIN jobs

Build relationships with contractors and project managers

Help scale a fast-growing operation

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in traffic control, striping, or heavy civil estimating

Strong understanding of DOT bid processes

Detail-driven and deadline-focused

Someone who takes ownership and thinks like a builder—not just a bidder.
