The backyard is an important part of a custom home, especially in Houston. A well-designed outdoor space extends the living area and creates room for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying time outside.

From the pool and covered areas to the landscaping and outdoor finishes, the backyard can be designed with the same level of thought and attention as the interior of the home.

Demo is complete, the site is cleared, and we’re ready to begin.

Before construction starts, our team is walking the property and reviewing the plans, footprint, and placement of two new custom homes that will be thoughtfully tucked into this downtown Houston location.

With restaurants and city amenities within walking distance, these homes will offer the best of both worlds: downtown convenience and an active lifestyle paired with privacy, thoughtful design, and elevated living.

We’re excited to bring this vision to life. Follow along as the plans begin to take shape.

A finished custom build is the culmination of months of collaboration, problem-solving, and countless decisions along the way.

Seeing everything come together reflects the time, effort, and teamwork that go into every home.

A look inside this 5,340-square-foot rustic modern home. With a mix of stucco, brick, and Accoya wood on the exterior, the home features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a game room, lounge, and outdoor loggia across two stories.

The design brings together natural materials, spacious living areas, and plenty of room to entertain.

Building a custom home requires a lot of planning, coordination, and attention to detail.

From the foundation to the finished spaces, each stage of construction matters. The design, materials, and construction all have to come together, with careful attention given to the details throughout the process.

A lot goes into getting a custom home right, and much of that work happens long before the final finishes are installed.

A custom home comes together through hundreds of decisions, each one shaping the finished product.

Thoughtful planning, quality materials, careful craftsmanship, and attention to the details all play a role in creating a home that works for the people who live in it.

This custom build is a great example of how those details come together throughout the construction process.

There’s something special about watching a custom home come together from the ground up.

Every room, every detail, and every finish has a purpose. We spend a lot of time thinking about how a family will live in the home years after construction is complete, and that thinking shapes the way we design and build.
