How do you turn 14,500 SF of industrial history into a nurturing sanctuary? 📐✨

For Semillas Spanish Immersion Preschool, our team focused on the concept of "The Indoor Forest." By utilizing warm wood tones, custom geometric millwork, and the central "Learning Tree," we’ve created a sense of discovery that scales down the former photography studio into an intimate, child-centered world.

Collaborating with Paradigm Construction allowed us to push the boundaries of adaptive reuse, proving that with the right vision, any space can be reimagined to serve the next generation.

Our Workplace Interiors studio took a dark and underutilized footprint at Greenway Plaza and turned it into a high-performance management hub. By stripping back the ceilings and washing the space with indirect light, we completely shifted the perception of a basement into an expansive and airy environment.

The design leans into a "back-porch" materiality with reclaimed Tanglewood brick and custom copper panels to create an approachable and agile workspace.
