This week, CSUSA Southeast Region HVAC Level 3 apprentices gathered in Knoxville, TN, for a week of in-person training focused on essential troubleshooting skills, including control circuits, motor testing, cooling systems, and heat pumps.
Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on learning, apprentices strengthened their technical knowledge and gained practical experience to support their continued development.

Today, we stand together to remember, to reflect and to remind each other that no one has to face a difficult moment alone.

At 2:50 p.m. EST, Comfort Systems USA joins the construction industry for the National Stand-Down and moment of silence to honor those we’ve lost to su***de and show our commitment to supporting one another.

Construction is built on teamwork—and that includes looking out for the people beside us. A simple “How are you doing?” can open the door to an important conversation, and taking the time to truly listen can make a difference.
