At Able Industrial, safety isn't just a goal—it's the foundation of everything we do.

On June 2nd, we had the opportunity to celebrate another year of recordable and safety incident-free work for our Maintenance and Rope Access teams at INEOS Chocolate Bayou. While the door prizes and celebration were appreciated, the real accomplishment is the commitment our employees demonstrate every day to working safely, looking out for one another, and executing at the highest level.

We are especially proud to recognize that Able Industrial has now achieved six consecutive years recordable-free at the INEOS Chocolate Bayou facility. This milestone reflects the professionalism, dedication, and safety culture of every craft professional, supervisor, and support team member who has contributed to this success.

We are grateful for our strong partnership with INEOS and the trust they continue to place in our team. Together, we have built a relationship focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence, and we look forward to continuing that success for years to come.

We are proud to announce that Able Industrial has been awarded Fluor Corporation LP1 Trade Partner of the Month for April on the Fluor/Eli Lilly and Company Lebanon Project!

This is a tremendous accomplishment that reflects the outstanding dedication and performance of our entire team, led by Project Manager Alex Galvan. From exceptional quality and safety standards to true field excellence, our crew has consistently delivered at the highest level.

The Fluor/Eli Lilly Lebanon project is one of the most significant developments in the pharmaceutical industry — part of Lilly’s landmark investment that will create the largest active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) production site in U.S. history.

A huge thank you to the entire Able Industrial team — your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to excellence made this recognition possible. And thank you to Fluor for this meaningful acknowledgment and for the opportunity to partner on such an impactful project.

Proud to be working on a major long-term project at Able Industrial!
We’re currently in the midst of fabricating and installing a large-scale double wall jacketed process piping system for a major pharmaceutical client. This complex project, which will span several years, features fully jacketed piping designed for precise temperature control, product integrity, and strict hygienic compliance.

Every section is being built to the highest industry standards — with meticulous engineering, high-quality welding, and rigorous testing — to support critical pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.
It’s exciting to see this project take shape and to deliver a solution that will serve our client reliably for years to come. Projects like this are exactly why we love what we do.

What a great day on the course with the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce!

We were proud to participate in this year’s Pasadena Chamber Golf Tournament and set up our Able Industrial tent on the course. It was fantastic to connect with fellow business leaders, sponsors, and community members while enjoying a beautiful day of golf and networking.

A big thank you to the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce for putting on such a well-organized and enjoyable event. Events like these are a perfect reminder of the strength of our local business community and the value of coming together to support one another.

Shoutout to our entire Able Industrial team who helped make our hole a success — you guys crushed it!

Proud of the craftsmanship coming out of our shop at Able Industrial.

These photos show fabricated heater tubes we just completed for our customer INEOS Chocolate Bayou as part of an upcoming furnace re-tube project we’ll be executing in the field.

This work highlights two things we take seriously:

🔹 The level of precision and quality our fabrication team brings to every project
🔹 The ingenuity of our crew — from fabrication to the way we engineered and loaded these bundles for safe transport to site

Projects like this are a great example of how our shop capabilities and field ex*****on work hand-in-hand to deliver for our customers.

Great day at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company – Pasadena celebrating a successful and safe Turnaround with a well-earned steak BBQ lunch for the crew.

Turnarounds take serious planning, precision, and teamwork, and we’re proud of everyone who helped execute this one the right way—on schedule and with safety leading the way. It was our privilege at Able Industrial to show appreciation to the people in the field who make it happen.
