🎉 Celebrating a Milestone at Able Industrial!

Our fabrication team recently completed the phase of underground double-wall jacketed stainless-steel piping for the Eli Lilly and Company / Fluor Corporation project in Lebanon, Indiana.

This is a significant accomplishment, but more importantly, it represents the hard work, craftsmanship, long hours, and attention to detail of the men and women in our fabrication shop who make projects like this possible.
To show our appreciation, we brought the team together for a milestone appreciation lunch featuring some delicious Cajun pastalaya 🍲, along with a raffle packed with prizes, including:

We know this is just the first phase of a long road ahead, but we believe in taking the time to recognize the people who are doing the work and celebrating the progress along the way.

Some projects simply make you stop and stare.

Standing 136 feet long, this VCM Column fabricated by our team at Simmons Fabricators, an Able Industrial company, is a testament to what can be accomplished through skilled craftsmanship, detailed planning, and flawless ex*****on.

Built for Oxy La Porte, the column has now been loaded onto a specialized heavy-haul trailer and is on its way for insulation and painting before moving into the next phase of the project.

Fabricating equipment of this magnitude isn't just about size—it's about precision. Every weld, fit-up, lift, and transport requires coordination across multiple teams to ensure the finished product arrives exactly as designed.

We're proud of the men and women who continue to take on projects that push the limits of industrial fabrication and deliver for our customers.

Another big win for the Able Industrial team!

We are thrilled to announce that our crew on the Fluor Corporation/Eli Lilly and Company PP2 project has been named Crew of the Month for May!

This award, voted on by Fluor PP2 management, recognizes outstanding performance in safety, quality, and production. It’s a powerful reflection of the professionalism, dedication, and strong teamwork our crew demonstrates every day on this critical project.

A huge congratulations to the entire crew — you continue to raise the bar!
As part of the recognition, the team received Milwaukee drill combo sets, and one standout crew member was also awarded a griddle for going above and beyond.

Thank you to our hard-working Able team for your relentless focus on doing things the right way. And thank you to Fluor for the continued recognition and for trusting us to deliver on this landmark project.
