Another NPCA Precast Days in the books! 🎉

Last week, we opened our doors to vendors, customers, industry professionals, and students for an inside look at precast concrete and how we do what we do at Locke.

Attendees had the opportunity to tour our facility, see our operations up close, and learn more about our processes. We wrapped up the tours with a hands-on concrete coaster-making station, giving everyone a little something to take home.

A big thank-you to everyone who joined us and a special shoutout to our team for helping make the event a success. We had a great time welcoming everyone to Locke, and we’re already looking forward to the next one! 👏

And that’s a wrap on this fall semester’s career fairs! 🎓

Our team had a great time connecting with students from Texas A&M University, Texas State University, Stephen F. Austin State University, and University of Houston. We enjoyed talking with students about the precast concrete industry and sharing some of the career opportunities available at Locke.

Nearly 30 Open Reinforced Concrete Boxes (RCBs) recently shipped out to support stormwater drainage improvements right here in Texas!

Locke is seeking a VP of Sales & Marketing to join our Leadership Team and help lead the next stage of our growth.

This isn’t a role focused on maintaining what’s already been built—or simply closing the next deal. We’re looking for a business leader who can set the vision and the bar, build and develop strong teams, pursue the right growth opportunities, and help guide Locke into new markets.

Since 2013, Locke has grown from a three-person startup into a team of more than 260 people—and we’re still building. Our VP of Sales & Marketing will have the opportunity to help shape our revenue strategy, strengthen our teams, and play a key role in where we go from here.

Four members of the Locke team recently attended the UNSTOPPABLE! Data-Driven Leader Workshop, a full-day training focused on mastering the Data Component™ of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®), led by EOS Worldwide. 📊

The biggest takeaway wasn’t just learning new concepts. It was finding practical ways to bring those ideas back to our teams and put them into action. From rethinking scorecards to using data to identify issues earlier, our team is bringing approaches they can apply to the work they do every day.
