LEAVE YOUR FAUCETS RUNNING. A drip will not move enough water to keep them from freezing, turn cold and hot water on till there is a small steady stream on the faucet furtherest from your main water line entering your home. If you do not know where your main lines enters then one faucet on each side of your house will suffice. An increase of $30 on your water bill will be a drop in a bucket compared to plumbing repairs.

Un goteo moverá suficiente agua para evitar que se congelen, abra el agua fría y caliente hasta que haya un pequeño chorro constante en la llave más alejado de la línea principal de agua que ingresa a su casa. Si no sabe por dónde entran las líneas principales, entonces será suficiente una llave a cada lado de su casa. Un aumento de $30 en su factura de agua será una gota en un bote en comparación con las reparaciones de plomería.
