Now Hiring: Office Clerk/Reception area. Must have good communication skills, answer the phones with a smile, multi-task, work in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and work well with others. Main duties will include answering business calls, matching invoices, detailed filing, working with Excel Spreadsheets, assisting with general accounting duties, general reception responsibilities, and assisting the Office Manager.
