🪨 Stone doesn't stop at the kitchen in this one.

The waterfall island 🏝️ is just the opening move. From there it's countertops and shower walls across six-plus bathrooms, a full-size bar top, two walls of counter in the catering kitchen, and a fluted stone tile wall in the game room loft that watches over the whole great room.

Most homes pick one room to make the statement. This one just kept going. 💅🏻

That's a lot of slabs to select, a lot of veining to match, and a lot of decisions that could've gone generic and didn't.

📲 Save this one if you're building anything with more than one bathroom. You'll want the reference.

💼 A well-designed home office should feel both productive and personal.

This space balances clean lines, ☀️ natural light, and thoughtful storage to create a place you want to spend time in.

And as far as location being everything, it is located centrally in the home ☕️, while offering an extra layer of privacy for when you need to focus.

Can you run your business from here? We believe in you. 👍🏼

People think custom means picking a paint color. 🫟

Not here. At Geis Development, custom means someone sat with these plans and decided exactly how far that roofline should pitch, where the stone should stop and the siding should start, how tall each window needs to be so the light hits the kitchen island just right. 🧑🏻‍💻🔭📐✏️

Every elevation you're looking at was a decision. A conversation. A redraw, probably more than once.⏱️

By the time it's framed, most of the hard thinking is already done.

That's the part nobody posts about, the part before the ""after."" So here it is: 🗂️ the plans, ✏️ the pencil marks, 💡 the version of your home that existed before it existed.

Which detail would you notice walking up to this house? Tell us below, and save this one if you're deep in your own planning phase right now.

Most people design a home and forget the ceilings exist. 🎈

This one didn't. Tray ceilings stack the rooms upward instead of letting it stop at eye level, and the paneling picks up the same rhythm on every wall it touches. Walk through and you'll notice the whole house is having a conversation with itself.

These are the kinds of details you don't ask for until you've lived without them.

Save this one for the moment you're picking finishes and could forget to look up.🆙

Whether it’s movie night, game day, or tween hangouts, this bonus room flexes with your family’s life.

There's plenty of storage in the full wet bar for drinks, study snacks, and movie-ready popcorn.

And where it's located? The fam can easily hear you call them when dinner is ready.

➡ Everyone wants an open floor plan, but it has to truly work for what you need.

We swear you can feel this living room breathe. ✨ And the kitchen's a part of it. There are even sight lines to the backyard without losing anything.

It's not just a big vague space. It's designed around how you and your family move.
