We are coming back to normalcy after pandemic unpredictability, the prices slowly stabilizing . It’s important to understand— BUYERS DON’T have to PAY extra 20K above listing price- to get the house they want ! Yes that’s why interest rates increased because market was a mess , for ex: my experience one house had 129 offers - how you can deal with that? Federal Reserve had increase interest rates otherwise- it would ruin economy and increase inflation more then you think. So it was necessary.
Now our inventory supply increased to 3.3 months- almost pre- pandemic level, year ago we had 2 months supply on market- that’s why prices were unpredictable high , so we are coming back slowly to PRE- PANDEMIC time in real estate market.
