General Labor / Construction Manager in Training

We’re looking for a motivated individual with 1–2 years of construction experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role with a clear career path into management.

Compensation:

$15–$20/hr DOE

Guaranteed 40 hours per week (full-time)

Career path into a salary-based management role

Location: Based in Beaumont, TX with occasional travel to Houston, TX

What You’ll Do:

Assist with installation of interior doors, trim, cabinets, hardware, and finish items

Perform painting and touch-ups

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Assist with various trade items as needed (flexibility required)

Work autonomously on job sites as assigned

Manager-in-Training:

At least 1 week per month will focus on building your management skills, including:

Plan review & building science fundamentals

Quality control & scheduling

Subcontractor and client relations

Field management training

Growth Path:

Construction Manager in Training (hourly)

Field Construction Manager (salary + benefits)

Project Manager (leadership & oversight)

Benefits:
