Graphic, playful, and approachable was the focus for the interior design work of this 130 key boutique hotel. This property started as a standard branded hotel, and was transformed by our interior design team into a mid-market destination for younger travelers.
The design reflects this new market of guests, with a blend of original 1920s terrazzo tile in the lobby and LED kisses on the bathroom mirrors.

To Celebrate , we asked Andre Landon, AIA to tell us a little more about this sketch he showed us. Here's what he had to say:
“This sketch is my initial thoughts for a condominium on Galveston Beach. I want to capture the coastal feel in a loose and free manner without constraints of rigid computer drafting. I start all projects with a quick sketch to get the project idea in my mind.”
