We believe it is our responsibility as a service company to provide our customers with the knowledge and understanding of their facility electrical systems and the importance of a well maintained electrical system. Downtime due to an unexpected failure with the electrical system can never be eliminated from operations but it certainly can be minimized and controlled through effective preventive maintenance program. We offer 24/7 radio dispatched on-call service response from a fully stocked fleet of 20 service vehicles. Our service department technician's average 17 years of field experience with Mid-West, graduated from an extensive five year apprenticeship program and carry a valid state journeyman license.
