Before you head to downtown days, into the store, or in for the night, please remember to:
• Lock your vehicle doors
• Remove valuables (purses, wallets, fi****ms, electronics, golf clubs)
• Take your keys/fob with you
• Close your garage doors
• Park in well-lit areas when possible

Most vehicle thefts and break-ins happen because doors are left unlocked and valuables are left in plain sight.

Did you know?
All locksmith service vehicles are required to display the registered name of the company and the license number on both sides of the vehicle.
So if someone represents themselves as a locksmith and pulls up in an unmarked vehicle they are in violation of the law. This is one way to spot a scammer.
