We are looking for a reliable, organized Project Manager to help oversee residential painting projects and ensure our clients are truly thrilled with their experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules and subcontractor crews
• Communicate with homeowners throughout projects
• Keep jobs organized, on schedule, and running smoothly
• Handle jobsite issues professionally and proactively
• Support quality control and client satisfaction
• Help create a smooth, positive experience for both clients and crews

Requirements:
• Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized, proactive, and dependable
• Able to manage multiple active projects at once
• Experience in painting, construction, roofing, remodeling, or home services preferred

Compensation:
• Starting around $75,000/year + performance bonuses

Our client loved their original colors but the builder finish left something to be desired. It’s tricky to showcase how impactful this transformation was, but here you can see a few glimpses of issues that were emerging. Peeling paint, rotting wood, things not sealed and protected and overall a dingy finish.

We sealed everything, replaced the rotting wood, primed areas that needed extra TLC, filled nail holes then came in and painted everything with Sherwin Williams Emerald with Rain Refresh.
