BD Commercial Roofing completed the work. We invoiced. We waited. We were given payment dates. Still no payment.

Mechanic’s lien filed: RP-2026-337468
Texas Attorney General complaint filed: TCP-060997

Republic Roof, Inc. is also a defendant in a publicly reported Dallas County breach-of-contract lawsuit filed in October 2025.

And now Republic Roof has taken its page down.

I’m not going to speculate about what is happening behind the scenes. I’ll stick to what can be documented.

We didn’t ask for a loan or a favor. We worked. We paid our crew. We simply want the $42,600 we earned.

You can take down a page. The paperwork doesn’t disappear.
