Big progress this quarter at one of our multifamily projects on McCue Rd in Houston!
 
The outside of the building is coming together nicely - siding, stucco, and brick are about 75% done, and that building has really started to show what it is going to look like. Inside, we closed up walls on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors, painting is moving through the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, while the lobby is almost finished.
 
Next up, our team is focused on finishing the interiors on the upper floors, wrapping up some key utility and elevator work. Stay tuned, as we will be sharing more updates on the project as it progresses towards completion!

What actually happens between contract and handover?
A BIM model is far more than a 3D representation of a building. It becomes the single source of truth that connects design, engineering, planning, construction, and project delivery.
