Construction is progressing well at the DHMS Corpus Christi Expansion. This project adds two new bays to the existing service department, expanding the facility's operational capacity and supporting continued growth. The building has been erected, paving is complete, and crews are actively working through MEP finish-out activities. Installation of the crane extension is also underway.

Having completed the original facility in 2015, we're especially proud to return and partner with Doggett once again. It's exciting to see their continued investment in the Corpus Christi community and to help support that growth through this expansion.

We’re proud to announce the completion of the Doggett Ford Beaumont Parts & Service Renovation!

Designed to meet the new 2025 Ford Trustmark standards, this project transformed the dealership with a completely renovated parts lobby and retail area, upgraded employee spaces, and a one-of-a-kind service technician locker room. The project also included a modernized break room designed to support team collaboration and employee comfort.

This renovation reflects Doggett Ford Beaumont’s commitment to delivering an elevated customer experience while investing in the people who keep operations moving every day. Congratulations to the entire team and partners who helped bring this vision to life!

Construction continues at both the BMW of Beaumont and Mercedes-Benz of Beaumont projects.

These are two renovation projects taking place simultaneously on an occupied site, with both facilities receiving full showroom and office renovations and exterior brand upgrades.

Current progress includes installation of new glass systems to close in the buildings. At Mercedes-Benz, crews are also installing the new canopy and exterior framing that will support the ACM metal panel façade.

We look forward to sharing more updates as both projects continue toward a completion.

Teal’s Bush & Powell team recently brought together all subcontractor partners to review schedules, coordinate logistics, and align on the plan for successfully completing our summer work for Conroe ISD.

Strong communication and collaboration are key to keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. By planning ahead and working together as one team, we’re setting the foundation for a successful summer.

Last week, Teal proudly participated in OSHA’s National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction.

Throughout the week, our teams paused work to reinforce one of the most important priorities on every jobsite: safety. From fall protection training and toolbox talks to equipment inspections and open conversations, our crews took time to focus on preventing falls and protecting one another.

At Teal, safety isn’t just a requirement — it’s part of our culture. We’re proud of our teams for their commitment to creating safer jobsites every day.
