Project Complete | Conroe ISD Bush & Powell Elementary Schools

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of the gymnasium additions and critical infrastructure improvements at Conroe ISD’s Bush and Powell Elementary Schools!

Each campus received an approximately 10,000 SF gymnasium addition, complete with a mezzanine, Class A structural steel construction, and a brick exterior designed to connect seamlessly with the existing school.

Beyond the new gymnasiums, the project included important infrastructure upgrades at both campuses, including new mechanical equipment, electrical improvements, and enhanced safety and security measures.

Thank you to Conroe ISD, our project partners, subcontractors, and the entire Teal Construction team for the collaboration, craftsmanship, and commitment that brought these improvements across the finish line.

We’re proud to help create spaces that will serve students, staff, and the Conroe ISD community for years to come!

There's nothing quite like demo day!

Construction is officially underway on the Brazosport College Bond Program, with interior demolition in Building C making way for a transformed lobby, administration area, and student center designed to enhance the campus experience.

As the College's CMAR partner, Teal Construction has now contracted 7 of the 8 bond projects, with each moving into construction. It's exciting to see the program gain momentum as we work alongside Brazosport College to modernize campus facilities and create spaces that better serve students, faculty, and staff for years to come.

We look forward to sharing progress as these projects continue to take shape!

The finish line is in sight at the Fort Bend County IT Office Building. The building is now fully enclosed, and the electrical and mechanical systems are operational, allowing crews to complete interior finishes throughout the facility. Exterior metal panel installation and site work are also continuing as the project moves through its final stages.

This 42,713-SF, three-story facility will provide modern office space for the County’s IT Department and house a dedicated data center. The project also marks Teal Construction’s sixth project with Fort Bend County.

We're in the final days of construction at BMW of Beaumont, with the project on track for completion in August 2026.

This comprehensive renovation and expansion has transformed the showroom, service drive, and service department into a modern, customer-focused facility. The expanded and enclosed service drive provides dedicated space for technicians to perform diagnostics before vehicles enter the service shop, improving efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.

Inside the service department, new finishes, upgraded overhead doors, and air conditioning have created a more comfortable, high-performance work environment. The showroom has also been completely reimagined with a customer-friendly layout while bringing the facility into compliance with current windstorm and local building codes.

We're excited to see the finishing touches come together and look forward to delivering this exceptional dealership in the coming weeks.
