Stephen Box, owner of Contender Construction and Roofing Group has been working in the construction industry for over 17 years. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce and holds a BBA in Finance. His construction experience ranges from new home construction to large custom remodels,additions & roofing. Stephen enjoys fishing,hunting and spending time with his wife and 2

children. Combining the skills, knowledge, and passion of the construction industry, Stephen decided to tackle a business endeavor and create Contender Construction and Roofing Group in 2012

🔥 Fire Damage Restoration Project 🔥

After a devastating fire damaged this customer's workshop, Contender Construction & Roofing Group was called in to help navigate both the restoration and insurance claim process.
One of the homeowner's biggest concerns was believing he would have to inventory and assign values to all of his damaged belongings himself.
After meeting with the insurance adjusters on-site, we were able to help explain the process and provide guidance every step of the way, giving him much-needed peace of mind.
The restoration included structural framing repairs, a complete roof replacement, insulation, electrical, HVAC, exterior doors and trim, cedar shiplap interior finishes, staining of exterior pine siding and trim, new gutters, and flooring throughout.

We are grateful for the opportunity to help return this property to pre-loss condition and appreciate the trust our customer placed in our team.

Out here building a metal cover to protect a conveyor belt at one of our local mud district solid waste treatment facilities.

As rough as it might sound, it was actually pretty interesting getting a behind-the-scenes look at the technology and process that keeps everything running.
