In this walkthrough, we explore the 23,000-square-foot UT Physicians Pediatric Multispecialty Clinic we delivered. By utilizing strategic space planning, like placing the nurses' stations on the perimeter for natural light, we maximized the efficiency of the entire floor plan.

The result? A highly functional space that is enjoyable for both patients and staff.

From the open ceilings with curved spiral ductwork to the bright, light-filled corridors, every inch of this facility was intentionally designed to create a soothing, welcoming experience for patients, parents, and medical staff alike.

Nobody ever said waiting rooms have to be dull.

Who enjoys sitting in a sterile, conventional waiting room? For the UT Physicians Pediatric Multispecialty Clinic, we completely reimagined the arrival experience by removing the traditional drop ceiling, exposing the curved spiral ductwork, and hanging light fixtures at different heights to make the space feel open, dynamic, and visually appealing.

By blending engaging colors for the children with a clean, sophisticated design that appeals to parents, we created a thoughtfully proportioned waiting area designed to ease the patient journey through light, openness, and intuitive flow.
