Muscle sprinting strength: The ability of the muscles to perform each specific movement. Example of drill translation: Stationary knee drives/arm drives/arm down swings.
Muscle sprinting strength endurance: The ability of the muscle to repetitively perform and execute the movement over an extended period of time. Example of drill translation: Football players, 50-80 yard form runs. Track athletes, 80 plus meter form runs. As their strength improves, which can be seen through their ability to truely hold their mechanics. Distance may increase!
Muscle speed strength: The ability of the muscle to rapidly execute the movement as quickly as possible. Example of drill translation: Flying 60’s, 50’s, 40’s, 30’s, 20’s or 10’s.
Athletes that incorporate GXBolt, significantly improve their specific muscle capacity as it relates to sprinting. By doing so, this increases their ability to accelerate quicker and longer, able to reach higher max velocity, ability to hold a much higher rate of top end speed, and decrease the rate at which they decelerate.
