Our Story

“All In Your Hands Career Services” Founder and CEO Amanda Rodriguez Having lived in the beautiful community of Houston Texas for most of her life, Amanda Rodriguez was born in Galveston Texas. She is a Recruiter and entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience in connecting companies with new talent. With over two decades of experience in the recruiting and human resources industry, she has worked in different industries including the healthcare, engineering, accounting, retail and the furniture industry. As an entrepreneur, she has founded and sold three successful staffing companies in Houston before the age of 30. ​ Starting her career she began in 1997 as a receptionist for Carlton staffing company a local houston staffing company. Determined and passionate about helping others, her ambition helped her to eventually become an owner of a staffing company. Building her career in the staffing industry helped formed the foundation of her professional experience and helped her learn important tools she could use to be a successful recruiter, business owner and entrepreneur. Early in her career, she knew that she someday wanted to start her own business where she could help job seekers fulfill their dreams and find jobs they love. To bring her vision to life, she decided to gain exposure in a variety of different industries as a recruiter.

Being able to connect and empathize with others has been an important part of Amanda's success. She frequently puts herself in the shoes of others and has a great passion for helping others find success and discover the American dream which is to live a life you love and discover more opportunities in your life.

​One of her favorite memories is having mentored a young man from India who interviewed with her for a recruiting position. Although he was new to the country and had no experience in recruiting, she could see that he was highly talented in IT/computer programming and decided to take him under her wing. Today many years later he is a highly successful recruiter who has traveled abroad for work and has bought several homes for his family in the Sugarland area and sent his son to The University of Texas in Austin,Texas who is now an Engineer in Houston. Experiences like this drive Amanda's success and passion as a recruiter, and she looks forward to creating many more memories by using her passion and knowledge to help others.

On May 6th, 2016 All In Your Hands Careers was founded by Amanda Rodriguez , and she hopes to leave a legacy behind for others to share the passion of helping people to find employment and to follow their dream job!
