Our design process follows four organized phases, each building on the previous step:

• Pre-Design
• Schematic Design
• Design Development
• Construction Documents

Depending on the size and complexity of the home, this process typically takes 3–5 months depending on the project details.

Each phase is completed sequentially to ensure a clear direction, refined details, and a well-coordinated final design before construction begins.

Yesterday we had the privilege of a brief visit with clients from a project that began after Hurricane Harvey.

Being back at the home with the owners gave us time to reflect on the project. Here are a few demolition and early construction photos.
