I had someone send these to me. Sorry if there’s duplicates, I don’t have time to read each one of them. As you see… stay away from these guys. More people are getting scammed out there since it happened to me and they’re angry. They reached out and pulled these records for me to share. Praying more people don’t use them and justice services them. They still over me $3,000!

1. I never fired him! My last messages to him were very clear of wanting to get on the same page or I’d be open to agreeing to pay for material (not a lot of material mind you!!!) he had purchased and the four hours he had worked. Nothing happened because he blocked me.
2. He was out here to work for 4 hours (1 day), not several times.
3. I have a contract stating a shower so why would I have him put back in an old shower with holes in it?
4. I wanted decorative s**t? I wanted a boarder like he said he would do. Not a 1x4 to boarder my living room.
5. He never purchased my cabinets, shower, enough insulation, proper wall nor a “boarder”.

I’m pretty sure he is the common denominator here… he has a lot of people in the community that have experienced or heard of him doing this to other people. No way he will win when I take him to court!

To say I have been screwed over is an understatement. I went without a proper kitchen and shower for a long time. I finally saved money, signed a “contract” with Darrell and since writing him a check on a august 4th (1/2 up front as a deposit), him and his son only showed up for 1 day of work. The other sad part is they didn’t even work the full day because they forgot material. Also, the work they did was awful…the wall they used to match up to my existing wall doesn’t even match. I have plenty of proof of my willingness to be nice and get on the same page. This man blocked me from social media and his phone number. Nowwwww I have thousands of dollars stolen from me. Mind you… I’m pregnant and due November 21st. I was told to file a civil suit and they can’t press criminal charges bc he actually showed up for work (even though it was for only 4 hours and nothing on the contract is right or complete). I refrained from blasting him until now hoping to get my money back but nothing…
Pictured is him and his son who both came to my home to perform what they consider “work”.
Side note: I did not see these pictures until after all of this. I also eventually looked at their BBB listing and he has done this to people before so it’s not just my pregnancy hormones. 🤦🏻‍♀️
There’s a place in hell for people who steal from a pregnant woman or steal from anyone for that matter. He could have easily given my money back minus materials and 4 hours worked (even though my new contractor has to fix the little work he did even do). Curious where my money went…
