There were 3,612 new listings, compared with 3,444 during the same week last year. Buyers have more new options hitting the market.

👀 Showings are UP 2.2%
Showings increased from 38,018 to 38,853, telling us buyers are still actively getting out and touring homes.

🚪 Open Houses are UP 3.7%
Open house activity reached 10,205, another sign that buyers are continuing to explore what's available.

📉 Pending Listings are DOWN 17.6%
📉 Closings are DOWN 16.6%
While buyers are looking, fewer homes are making it all the way to pending and closing compared with this time last year.
