Great review from Betsy... "Had a leak. Scheduling a roof inspection was easy. They are so organized. I received confirmation texts and emails at every step, from the initial booking to the day the work was completed.
My inspector, Jonathan, was thorough, honest, and answered all my questions patiently. He took pictures of everything on the roof and explained what he saw. When he came out to do the work, it was the exact same thing.
As I was deciding how to proceed, I was able to reach out to them with additional questions and concerns raised by other roofing companies. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, both their in office and field team. As a first time home owner, they felt like a Godsend. Tysm."
