🔧 FROM CONCRETE BREAK TO CONCRETE RESTORED — ALL IN ONE DAY.
A broken washing machine drain line was hiding under the slab.

We carefully moved the washer and dryer, protected the work area, opened the concrete and wheelbarrowed the dirt in and out of the home.

Then we got to the plumbing:

🔹 Replaced the damaged section of drain pipe
🔹 Reconnected the washing machine drain
🔹 Connected back to the existing 4" Schedule 40 PVC sewer line
🔹 Tested the repair
🔹 Restored the concrete

WHEN YOUR BUSINESS CAN’T AFFORD TO BE DOWN, WE MOVE. 🔧🔥

We got the call from one of our VIP customers, Michael Saldana Salon, about a possible gas leak at the barbershop.
We knew this wasn’t something that could wait.
Our team got on it as quickly as possible and went straight to work. We pressurized the system, identified a pressure drop, isolated the leak and made the necessary repairs.
Then came the important part—testing it again.
We pressurized the system once more to make sure everything was holding properly, called for the required inspection, and got the GREEN TAG. ✅
Gas leak found.
Leak isolated.
Repairs completed.
System tested.
Inspection passed.
Business back up and running.

60 FEET TURNED INTO 85… AND WE STILL HAD 6 FEET DEEP TO GO.

What started as a 60’ sewer line replacement turned into an 85-foot excavation, with another 6 feet deep to reach the city tap.
And this is exactly why sewer work can’t always be measured by what you see on paper.
Once we opened the ground, we found the existing sewer line, worked our way through the yard, made the necessary connections and continued toward the city tap.

Mother Nature even decided to join us with a little rain. 🌧️

It’s not always clean.
It’s not always easy.
And sometimes the scope changes once you can actually see what’s underground.

But the goal stays the same:
-Find the problem.
-Do the work correctly.
-Leave the customer with a sewer line they can have confidence in.
