We’re Hiring – Lawn Care & Landscaping Technician
📍 Houston (77044) | Evergreen Outdoor Services
Evergreen Outdoor Services is a local, family-owned lawn care and landscaping company, and we’re currently looking to add one reliable crew member to our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team.
Position Overview
Daily work includes things like:
• Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Planting, mulching, and landscaping installs
• Property cleanups and general outdoor maintenance
• Equipment loading, care, and jobsite organization
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays for larger projects.
Crew members start and end each day at our shop in the 77044 area.
Pay
$12–$18 per hour to start depending on experience.
Additional opportunities include:
• Weekly crew bonuses
• $75 safety/quality bonus (no accidents or callbacks)
• PTO after 90 days
• Opportunities to grow into senior technician or crew leader roles
Landscaping is seasonal work, so hours are typically higher in spring/summer/fall and lighter during winter depending on workload and weather.
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in Houston weather
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Good attitude and willingness to follow safety standards
Experience in landscaping is helpful but not required if someone is dependable and willing to learn.
Important
This role requires reliable attendance and punctuality. Crew members must be ready to start work at 7:00 AM consistently.
Qualified applicants will complete a paid trial shift before a final hiring decision is made.
