We had a ✨perfect✨ day to celebrate the groundbreaking of Morgan Pearl Lake Pointe in Sugar Land! This milestone is especially meaningful as the area hasn’t traditionally seen many new multifamily communities. We’re excited for the energy and life this project will bring to Lake Pointe Town Center. Congratulations team!

Please extend a warm welcome to the newest member of our WPI team - Mallory Perez! 🎉
 
Mallory will be joining on our Schematic Design team while also finishing her Masters of Architecture at the University of Houston, with a concentration in Sustainable Design. She earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design and minors in Art and Architecture History, and Sustainable Architecture and Planning, from Texas A&M University, and is a very proud Aggie. Mallory brings with her extensive experience in both residential and commercial architecture.

She has been using 3D modeling software to design homes since the age of ten, when her dad gave her a Home Design software disk that she dove into like a video game. It was at that age that she decided she wanted to become an architect, and she has been committed to that path ever since. Mallory enjoys using her strong creativity to solve the puzzles of the built environment and enhance the experience of people within a space. Her position on the design team allows her to make a significant impact with that passion.

Meet Paul Ehrig! 👋🏼

Paul joined W Partnership as a Project Coordinator in April, bringing more than ten years of architectural experience. His diverse portfolio includes work on commercial, educational, and multi-family developments. A native of Houston, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston’s Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design.

From a young age, Paul aspired to become an architect, inspired in part by his grandfather, also an architect, and his deep appreciation for history. Outside the office, Paul enjoys reading, watching films, staying active, and can often be found running at Memorial Park on the weekends.

W Partnership would like to congratulate the winners of the 2025 WPI March Madness Tournaments! correctly predicted UCONN Women’s Basketball to bring home their record-breaking 12th National Championship! On the Men’s side, we would like to congratulate on correctly picking the Florida Gator’s to win their 3rd National Championship!

A special hometown shoutout to the Houston Cougar’s Men’s team, making it to their 7th Final Four but falling just short of their 1st National title. Thank you to all of the participants and we look forward to more Madness in 2026!
