Congratulations to our Structures 2026 cohort on graduating from Harvey Cleary’s proprietary leadership development program! 🎓👏

Designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders, Structures equips our employees with valuable tools, practical insights, and opportunities for professional growth. Over the past several months, participants gathered at our Houston headquarters for a series of interactive sessions focused on strengthening leadership skills, gaining new perspectives, and building meaningful connections with colleagues across the company.

We’re excited to have officially broken ground on 100 Park Place in River Oaks!

Located at 4100 Westheimer in Houston, this new development will bring approximately 250,000 SF of Class AA office space to the area, along with a 620-space parking garage and 13,000 SF of ground-floor restaurant and retail opportunities. The 17-story development will also feature a dedicated amenity floor with a 5,000 SF terrace, creating a premier workplace experience in one of Houston’s most established areas.

Having previously built the neighboring 200 Park Place, this project is especially meaningful to our team. We’re proud to continue our work in River Oaks with another high-quality development, anticipated to be completed in early 2028!

Our Austin team recently completed a 30,000 SF demolition and build-back for Procore Technologies' downtown office across Levels 3 and 4 in Procore Tower! The newly renovated space features a mix of private offices, open work areas, conference rooms, break rooms, custom millwork, and a dedicated golf simulator room.

Additional improvements included renovated elevator vestibules featuring custom light fixtures and blackened metal branding walls, creating a cohesive design that seamlessly integrates with Procore’s existing footprint within the building.

We had so much fun bringing this new workspace to life for Procore, a valued technology partner helping our industry build smarter every day - thank you to the entire project team for their hard work!

We’re excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of our new Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston project!

The 65,000-square-foot, single-story facility will provide expanded space and resources to support Catholic Charities’ mission and the Houston community. The building will include a 1,496-square-foot chapel, Martha’s Kitchen, a food pantry, warehouse space, and administrative offices.

Designed as a ¾ tilt-wall structure with a steel, masonry, and ACM/metal panel façade, the facility will also feature a commercial kitchen with a 740-square-foot walk-in freezer, two natural-gas-fired emergency generators, and dedicated spaces to support food distribution and community services.

Construction is estimated to be completed in November 2027. We’re proud to be part of a project that will create a lasting resource for the community!

We had an amazing time building memories last weekend at the 2026 AIA Houston Sandcastle Competition in Galveston! 🏖️🏰

Our team partnered with Gensler to bring our “Seas and Greetings” sandcastle to life, spending the day getting creative, connecting with fellow AEC industry partners, and enjoying live music, local vendors, and great food.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another fantastic year of collaboration, creativity, and fun in the sand!

The final phases of our Memorial Assistance Ministries (MAM) project are officially complete, transforming more than 30,000 SF of MAM’s existing facility into functional, flexible spaces that better support their staff, volunteers, programs, and the Houston community!

Level 2 now features a new library, computer lab, and innovation lab, along with two future buildout spaces that provide flexibility for MAM’s continued growth.

The existing facility also underwent a significant transformation, including upgraded lighting, infrastructure, and egress improvements throughout the Resale and Warehouse areas. Renovations introduced a new lobby café, community engagement space, redesigned boutique, podcast room, and approximately 1,800 SF of new volunteer workspace.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing the full MAM campus together and supporting the incredible work they do for the Houston community!

Our DC team completed Children's Law Center's new 12,000 SF headquarters, designed to foster a functional, engaging environment for employees, clients, and guests! This interior office build-out features custom conference rooms, executive offices, a kitchen/break room, open office space, a quiet library, wellness rooms, and a community hub area. Additional scope included custom millwork and banquettes, a telescoping glass wall, demountable partitions, ceramic tile, and full MEP work.

Adding a playful and interactive element to the space, the project also features a custom LEGO wall and a magnetic letter wall, curated children’s bookshelves, an oversized Scrabble board, and a local DC artist’s mural, creating unique focal points that reflect the organization’s connection to the children and families it serves.

Our Austin team recently completed the 41,000 SF Oltorf Offices project, transforming two existing warehouse buildings into modern, multi-level office spaces while giving new life and purpose to the original structures!

The interior build-out blends the buildings’ industrial character with warm, custom finishes, including wood storefront office fronts, wood-clad stairs, and exposed structural and MEPF elements throughout. By thoughtfully repurposing the existing warehouses, the project creates distinctive, functional workplaces that balance modern design with the buildings’ original character.

We’re excited to share that our Port of Houston project received the REDNews Commercial Real Estate Marketing Source Houston Commercial Real Estate 2026 Government/Community Facility Award, recognizing its impact on the Houston community and the city’s continued growth!

The project brings together Houston’s rich maritime history with a modern workplace designed for the future. Located just 60 feet from the bayou in the historic Fifth Ward, the new 6-story, 93,000 SF office building and 4-story, 128,100 SF parking garage provide a new home for nearly 300 employees while keeping the Port’s operations close to the waterway at the heart of its business.

Inspired by shipping containers, the building’s exterior reflects the Port’s maritime roots, while natural light, historic photographs, and memorabilia carry that story throughout the interior.

We’re proud to have played a role in bringing this unique project to life and helping the Port of Houston Authority continue its legacy along the Houston Ship Channel!
