Our Austin team recently completed the 41,000 SF Oltorf Offices project, transforming two existing warehouse buildings into modern, multi-level office spaces while giving new life and purpose to the original structures!

The interior build-out blends the buildings’ industrial character with warm, custom finishes, including wood storefront office fronts, wood-clad stairs, and exposed structural and MEPF elements throughout. By thoughtfully repurposing the existing warehouses, the project creates distinctive, functional workplaces that balance modern design with the buildings’ original character.

We’re excited to share that our Port of Houston project received the REDNews Commercial Real Estate Marketing Source Houston Commercial Real Estate 2026 Government/Community Facility Award, recognizing its impact on the Houston community and the city’s continued growth!

The project brings together Houston’s rich maritime history with a modern workplace designed for the future. Located just 60 feet from the bayou in the historic Fifth Ward, the new 6-story, 93,000 SF office building and 4-story, 128,100 SF parking garage provide a new home for nearly 300 employees while keeping the Port’s operations close to the waterway at the heart of its business.

Inspired by shipping containers, the building’s exterior reflects the Port’s maritime roots, while natural light, historic photographs, and memorabilia carry that story throughout the interior.

We’re proud to have played a role in bringing this unique project to life and helping the Port of Houston Authority continue its legacy along the Houston Ship Channel!

Our Houston team recently completed Fervo Energy’s new 53,714 SF corporate office across Levels 16 and 17!

The renovation transformed two floors into a modern workplace designed to support Fervo’s continued growth and innovation in the clean energy sector. Key features include a new decorative interconnecting stair, Maars demountable partitions, LED lighting, floating and open ceilings, new flooring and exposed sealed concrete, architectural millwork, and upgraded breakroom and coffee bar spaces with stone and tile finishes.

Our Denver team continues to make outstanding progress on Quantum 56, a 60,000-square-foot build-to-suit industrial manufacturing facility! Last month, the project reached a major milestone as the tilt-wall panels were successfully lifted into place, marking a significant advancement on our first ground-up tiltwall project in Denver.

We’re excited to continue working with our project partners as we approach completion of the core and shell this fall and prepare to deliver the finished facility in early 2027!

Our Austin and Houston Summer Interns recently had the opportunity to tour two incredible projects at different stages of construction—Austin's completed 415 Colorado and Houston's Fairbanks D manufacturing facility, currently under construction!

From seeing the finished product to experiencing an active jobsite firsthand, our interns gained valuable insight into the planning, coordination, and teamwork required to deliver complex projects. Guided by our project teams, these behind-the-scenes tours helped connect classroom knowledge to real-world construction while showcasing the innovation and dedication that drive every Harvey Cleary project.

Our DC team completed The NHP Foundation’s new 8,240 SF office in Washington, DC! The interior build-out features a welcoming reception area, conference room, open office workspace, executive offices, and modern breakroom and common areas. The project also included selective demolition, new drywall and ceilings, wood doors and hardware, a custom millwork package with banquettes, demountable glass partitions, glass markerboards, new carpet and resilient flooring, ceramic tile, paint and wall coverings, and comprehensive MEP upgrades.

Our Denver team is making excellent progress on The Legacy – Spur Parking Garage in Colorado! Once complete, the new structure will provide more than 400 parking spaces and is expected to open ahead of the 2027 National Western Stock Show. Located near the Stock Show's headquarters, The Legacy, and CSU Spur, the garage will provide year-round parking for campus partners, guests, and event attendees, improving accessibility and streamlining event operations.

By serving The Legacy, National Western, CSU Spur, and The Livestock Exchange, the project will strengthen campus connectivity and enhance overall visitor experience. This new addition reflects a shared commitment to creating a more accessible and welcoming campus while supporting the continued growth of the National Western Stock Show and The Legacy’s year-round programming.

On June 4th, our DC office brought plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and team spirit to this year’s Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games at The St. James in Springfield, VA! The day was filled with friendly competition, camaraderie, and a shared commitment to making a meaningful impact alongside our peers in the DMV commercial real estate industry.

This year’s event raised more than $600,000 to help advance groundbreaking research and improve the lives of those affected by Type 1 Diabetes. We’re honored to support Breakthrough T1D’s mission and proud to help drive progress toward a cure, year after year.

A heartfelt thank you to the Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games organizers for hosting another outstanding event. We’re grateful to be part of this passionate community and can't wait for next year's games!
