Over the last year I have been working on a special project. Inspired by dive travel and sailing adventures, a close friend trusted me to create a special place. “Storm Brewing” has a new home, with the help of a talented crew this place is by far, my most elaborate and well thought out bar. Fiber optic lit navigation charts under thick coats of WiseBond Deep Pour & Table Top Epoxy, automation and decorative lighting from Deerfield Electric, painting from Cape May Painters and Angaline_sj_designs, a complete aluminum framework from CNC marine welding, and the talented Russell Simmons for a collaboration on another amazing wall mural. Playing catch up in the shop and have stop and think 🤔 about this one. In the last week we have sent projects out locally, across the pond to 🇬🇧, a table to South Carolina, another for Delaware in the works, but this ocean resin cabinet is the kicker, it’s going to Lancaster PA! Amish craftsmanship, yeah I’ve heard of that but I’ve got something else going on here. 😂

Out with the old and in with the new! Carneys of Cape May has done an absolutely awesome job with their renovation. You need to stop in and see the place to take it all in. One of my last minute ideas was to pay homage to the old barrel entrance and design the bar back with an arched look!
