Modified Princeton update. We got some photos and video (to come later) of this project yesterday. Framing is all done, roof on, log siding being stained before being installed and windows/doors to go in soon. Vogel Construction is doing a great job and coming right along.

Today we got to take a trip and see the ongoing construction of a modified Camden on the ocean. The homeowner went with Q8 medium gold for the stain.

It won’t be long before the interior is finished and for them to enjoy their beautiful home.

Project update! Construction crew is working away to get this modified Princeton weather-tight so they can begin work on the interior.

The homeowner went with Ward’s hybrid package that still features roof purlins. We are excited to see what the homeowners have in store with finishes on the inside.

One of our clients sent us photos of their recently finished custom log cabin. And it turned out great. Small, cozy, and on the ocean, what more could you ask for?!

A finished cedar log wall starts with work most homeowners never see. Here is a closer look at the milling that takes place in Houlton, Maine, before a Ward package is ready to leave our facility.

Thinking about building a log home, but unsure where to begin? Start with your land, how you’ll use the home, and the budget you have in mind.

You don’t have to have all the interest before talking with us. Send us a message and tell us what you’re considering. We’ll help you figure it out from there.

Kevin is one of those people at the Ward mill, who seems to be wherever he’s needed.

You might find him getting a materials package ready, loading the truck, building log gables, working on equipment, or helping with whatever needs to get done that day

There are a lot of hands involved before a ward package ever leaves Houlton, Maine. Kevin is one of them.
