In 2011 Daniell Air & Electric Inc opened a specialized service department, Daniell Mechanical Services, Inc., dedicated to deal specifically with our servicing needs. Daniell Mechanical Services is available 24/7 with technicians on call nights, weekends, and holidays.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS FROM DANIELL: 🚨

Apparently, there are a few things around here you just DON’T mess with.

A man’s tools.
His truck.
His thermostat setting.

And, as we learned today… HIS SNACKS. 😂

Garrin took things just a little too far when he decided Allen’s snacks looked like community property.

They were not.

We provide the snacks around here because we love our people. What we apparently ALSO need to provide are individual snack lockers, security cameras and possibly a formal Cheez-It custody agreement.

Garrin, we hope it was worth it.

Allen… thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. 😂

Moral of the story: Around Daniell, we share a lot of things.

Knowledge.
Laughs.
A helping hand.

But apparently NOT the snacks.

At Daniell, we’re grateful that what we do gives us opportunities to give back to the communities that have supported us.

One of those opportunities is supporting organizations like The Jackson House, an organization doing incredible work every single day to care for people in our community when they need it most.

For us, community impact isn’t just about writing a check or showing up for a photo. It’s about recognizing the people who are already doing the hard work, standing beside them, and asking, “How can we help?”

To everyone at The Jackson House: thank you for the compassion, time, resources, and heart you pour into our community. The work you do matters, and we are proud to support you.

Taking care of people will always be bigger than heating, air, plumbing, or electric.

As our day comes to a close, we just had to share the artwork God painted across the sky tonight. ❤️

There’s something about a sunset like this that makes you slow down for a second and appreciate the beauty in an ordinary day.

We hope today was good to you. We hope you had something to smile about, someone to be thankful for, and a reason to feel hopeful about tomorrow.

Bryan is a new dad to the CUTEST little boy, spends his days in the field taking care of customers, and somehow still comes home smiling.

But honestly… how could he not?

His wife had that baby posted up at the door like:

“Sir, your last call of the day is waiting.” 😂

No dispatch needed.
No diagnosis required.
Just clock in for dad duty and collect your cuddles.

That might be the best service call Bryan gets all day. ❤️

The trucks may clock out, but Dad Mode is 24/7.

We know, we know… we’re talking about our owner again. 😂 But when moments like this keep happening, they’re worth sharing.

Twice a year, Jasn brings the entire Daniell team and their families together for a day of food, fun, and time with each other.

Inflatable slides. Snow cones. Catered food. And this time, a Razorbacks game. ❤️🐗 and we won’t talk about that game.

He doesn’t have to do any of it. He chooses to.

That says a lot about the kind of leader he is and the kind of culture he’s built.

We feel incredibly lucky to work for someone who understands that taking care of people matters.

Because The Daniell Way doesn’t start with the customer.

It starts with the people who show up every day to serve them. ❤️
