🔥🔥HOT TAMALES and Happy Weekend to all! We’re progressing nicely with 18 Vigoroso Lane in beautiful Hot Springs Village.

We will be ready for our underground plumbing next week! This is such a beautiful lot and in a very prominent neighborhood just around the corner from the golf club.

Progress Report Day ~ 18 Vigoroso Lane. Yippee, we passed our foundation inspection in flying colors with the HSV POA! 🫡

Despite the heat and high temperatures…. our teams continue to shine with their usual and impeccable performance and skill sets.
All of this is Big Carl Saporito APPROVED all-the-way around! 💪🔥⚒️

Lord willing; we hope to finish out our basement next week and about 2 weeks out to start framing. Happy weekend to all.

DAY 1 Excavation is a fun day all-the-way around! This is going to be a beautiful home place on 18 Vigoroso Lane in the Village.🚜

It only took 2 weeks after listing to get this awesome 75 Sergio Way project under contract, and at full asking price. PTL! 🙏

Up next, we have a wonderful 2300 SF walkout basement plan that we have been working with Lumber1 to design, and we are excited. We hope to start breaking ground in mid-June for 18 Vigoroso Lane, along with another Eastside build near Ponce de Leon.
