We need to end the season .

With the weather and temps and humidity not playing in our favor its not fair or honest to you our customers .

We did a job 2 days ago and it been super slow to dry and setup correctly even with activator in the mix . So after this job we do not want to do anymore work and put down any sub-par work and cause any issues to you / property / or vehicles.

Also this year we have gone thru a huge growth curve and expanded a lot . With this growth we have had to learn a lot and we did looking back .

Last our body's physical health has reached its limits 110% . So to save up for 2027 and keep up the work we hate to say it but we are done for 2026 season of sealer work .

We have some HOT TAR šŸ”„ only jobs for cracks we will be out to do and get done still .

Please understand and appreciate our level of work and dedication to our friends / family / and customers . We tried our best this tuff year with weather and put up a good fight and come out strong . But we also know when its time to save our self and rest up for 2027 and be strong for the season ahead.

Thanks to all our supporting friends / family / customers for a well deserved and super 2026 season . šŸ˜Ž

We are going to nip this in the butt right from the start .

There will always be haters . But 1 sided view or un informed or non familiar with a job details does NOT make you a pro .

We will not name names calling them out . That is not us here . But we wish to educate our customers / friends and provide the whole story .

These lots as tight as they are and heavy traffic = a lot of dips / hips / and all sorts of uneven surface to try and paint lines on .

We marked out this line the same distance from the sidewalk edge and walked the machine on both sides before we chose the side we did to paint it out .

Now knowing this the 2nd pic from the other side is way better and for this lot the best it can be . Its amazing how a view from the otherside can change a lot of the look .

You also need to remember the mirage effect or heat wave effect . Plus this 1st pic was taken thru 2 panes of glass and a screen and across a street . So there is a lot of visual distortion from real life .

Yes i admit in the pic it looks 100% worse but until you see the other side or walk it in person then please understand what you are seeing and if need be ask questions .

We got requested to swing back to a location to add more lines to help control traffic more and keep vehicles out of the areas not intended for parking .

Also we added reflective glass beads on the bay lines to help with vehicles backing in late at night in the dark .

Last of the dunkin lots we did this season . This one proved a bit challenging with mother nature dropping a heavy dew blanket on us unexpectedly over night and re activated the sealer .

But some super quick thinking of store employees and shutting the lot down saved the job and gave minimal effect of overall look .

We gave them some much needed arrows to to help control the correct flow of traffic on this location .

Another dunkin lot cleaned up and looking great . Patched some holes and put sealer down and fresh lines .
