This happen the other day to a good sealcoating company that we are friends with .

Please watch the video and know EXACTLY why we are not pushing the weather window this year with all the rain . This is exactly what can happen and even worse . This was a light splash back event .

This company uses the exact same sealer mix / brand as we do so this is exactly what could happen to us also . We always watch out for leaky gutters / morning dew / fog / possible rain events / shadow areas and new or old-reseal on blacktop as they all play a role in the dry time of the sealer .

Prestige Sealcoating & Striping LLC Thanks for making this video for all to see and learn from this event . A few years ago we had to tiny pop up showers get us on 2 driveways . 1 we washed off in the rain with the garden hose and the other needed a repaint .

We also as requested tape off there new patio slab that was just installed . And complements to the installers. Clean cut / good lines / no slop on the blacktop .
